1. Eligibility Criteria:
The buyback guarantee is applicable to all watches purchased from GC. Watches are eligible for buyback within 12 months from the date of purchase. To qualify, the watch must be in the same condition as delivered, accompanied by the original invoice, and in its original packaging/papers and accessories.
2. Buyback Process:
The watch will be inspected to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If the watch qualifies, the customer will receive a buyback value equivalent to the buy back guarantee, minus any applicable service costs.
3. Trade-in Option:
Customers must choose to trade in their eligible watch for another model from our collection. The selected model must have a higher retail value than the buyback guarantee of the returned watch.

4. Documentation:
Customers must provide the original invoice and any other relevant documents during the buyback process. GC reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the documents provided.
5. Service Costs Deduction:

6. Exclusions:
The buyback guarantee does not cover watches that have been modified, damaged, or subjected to unauthorized repairs. Watches purchased through third-party sellers are not eligible for buyback.
7. Discretion of GC:
GC reserves the right to refuse buyback or trade-in if the watch does not meet the specified criteria. The decision of GC regarding buyback eligibility, valuation, and service costs deduction is final.
8. Modification of Terms:
GC may modify these terms and conditions at its discretion. Customers will be informed of any changes through the official GC communication channels.
Warranty Terms
1. Inspection and Maintenance:
Before offering any vintage watch, each piece undergoes meticulous inspection and receives a complete service if necessary.
2. 12-Month Warranty Period:
Every watch purchased from GC is covered by a 12-month warranty. This warranty exclusively covers mechanical defects related to the timepiece.
3. Exclusions:
Normal wear and tear, accidents, or improper use are not covered by the warranty. Specifically, claims for issues such as water resistance, broken glass, lost parts, or damage caused by impacts or debris will not be accepted.
4. Conditions of Use:
The warranty is personal and valid only for the original purchaser of the watch. If the watch is tampered with by anyone other than GC, the warranty automatically becomes void.
5. Claiming Warranty:

6. Exceptions:
Please note that damage from water, theft, loss, accidents, or alterations not performed by us are not covered by the warranty. We are not liable for actions taken by third parties regarding the watch.
7. Voiding of Warranty:
